Very hard to find piece of merchandise. I don't believe it ever went into production. Created by Napa Products Ltd in England. They had licences for Thunderbirds, Stingray and Captain Scarlet among others. The packaging is fantastic with Cliff Robinson Cursed Earth Art taken from Mike McMahon's cover of prog 61.I know of  three known to exist and they all originated from people connected to the comic, so may have been given as samples. In all the examples the eagle head on the shoulder has come off.  It's a shame this didn't expand to other charaters.
